About Jenni O.
Welcome to my corner of the internet. I am a creative soul with a serious knack for understanding people, some might call me an architect of human stories. Whether I am behind the camera under the chaotic, high-intensity lights of a runway, building a digital storefront from scratch, or helping someone navigate the unscripted realities of daily life, I have one main goal. I am here to lift what is beneath the surface, clear away the noise, and bring your unique story into absolute focus.
The Manifesto
"These are not just stories of my past. It is forever connected to me. Every shot meticulously chooses me."
The Creative Eye
My creative journey, operating under the pseudonym moodeyez, is all about contrast, deep mood, and intentional design. I do not just take standard pictures; I build visual authority. No forced, awkward smiles here.
Over the years, my visual production and digital design work has snuck into some of the most exclusive, fast-paced corners of the fashion and corporate industries:
High Fashion Runway: Capturing the beautiful chaos of live runway and backstage media at New York Fashion Week (NYFW), with work landing inside Runway Magazine.
Talent Portfolios: Styling and directing studio lighting for agency-signed models and high-profile actors, creating the exact look needed for casting calls and official media portfolios.
Brand Overhauls & E-Commerce: Designing, building, and launching full-scale e-commerce websites and digital marketing strategies for a private apparel label.
Business and Corporate Branding: Engineering clean, modern headshots and team media packages that help real professionals claim their digital space with actual confidence.
The Grounded Foundation
My visual work is deeply informed by my life's passion for supporting others. I am a graduate student with heavy training in clinical mental health counseling, and I have spent over a decade working on the ground in the helping profession.
Because of this background, I absolutely understand that although I personally thrive in a fast-paced, quick-thinking atmosphere, not everyone does. I have a long history of working closely with families, and I bring that deep experience to every single portrait session. I have the willingness and ability to completely adapt, and regardless of the setting, I keep it light, fun, and stress-free.
I specialize in Welcoming, Neurodivergent Friendly, and Accessible Portraiture. I get sensory loads, pacing, and emotional regulation. I know exactly how to design low-stimulation, slow-paced sessions that make sure everyone, regardless of sensory, physical, or cognitive needs, feels completely safe, regulated, and confident in front of my lens.
My sessions are entirely family friendly, regardless of whether family members are actually in the photo or just there for support. We work at your family's natural pace to capture real, authentic connection with zero stress required.
Simply Adulting
When I am not behind a lens or studying, I am a proud mother of four based in the gorgeous Hudson Valley and the author of Simply Adulting: A Modern Twist to Your Typical Guide to Adulthood. Written as a raw, honest field manual, it combines my real-world behavioral insights with practical tools to help young adults, caregivers, and anyone rebuilding their life secure their personal and financial foundations.
I do not believe in stiff guides, forced poses, or confusing corporate jargon. Whether we are capturing your brand’s next big campaign, building your business website, or working through a massive life transition, we build with real substance and a lot of heart.
Let’s bring your vision to light.
